Javed Siddiqi
President
Javed Siddiqi brings more than 35 years of marine engineering, classification, ship repair, and operations leadership experience to JS Maritime Services. His career spans senior roles with Bureau Veritas in the United States and the U.A.E., Lloyd's Register, Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works, Pakistan National Shipping Corporation, and Ship & Shore Services Ltd., giving him a rare combination of seagoing command, yard execution, and classification society authority.
Across the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Pakistan, Mr. Siddiqi has worked across commercial shipping, shipyard and dry-dock operations, regulatory audits, and marine environmental compliance. His experience covers container vessels, oil and chemical tankers, bulk carriers, general cargo ships, research vessels, and other ocean-going vessels, with technical depth in propulsion systems, auxiliary machinery, structural repairs, statutory surveys, and international compliance under SOLAS, MARPOL, Load Line, ISM, ISPS, and MLC frameworks.
His project and survey work has required coordination among owners, shipyards, OEMs, port stakeholders, and technical centers while balancing safety, commercial schedules, structural integrity, and environmental performance.
At JS Maritime Services, he applies that multinational background to operational leadership, technical advisory, and client service with clarity, compliance, and accountability.
